What is the production time of your products?

Here are the completion times for each product. The shipping time is in addition to the manufacturing time, which you can check in the shipping policy. Remember that shipments are made from Monday to Friday, on business days.

Exlibris, two-color exlibris, unique exlibris, children's exlibris:

Production time for these products is 24 hours.

Personalized bookplates:

Each case is unique and we adapt to the customer's needs. On average we can say that it takes one week to complete the image. Once the image is finished and the payment has been made, we will manufacture the stamp and send it within 24 hours. In short, depending on the pace of completion of the image, it can range from 5 days to two weeks of manufacturing.

Do you make personalized stamps without being ex-libris?

Yes, we make customized stamps adapting to the needs of our customers. Please note that we are specialized in stamps for stamping on paper. You can place your order here.

How can I request the personalization of my ex-libris?

To request the personalization of your ex-libris you only need to fill in the "Inscription" section that you will find in the product sheets.

Personalized ex-libris:

Once you have placed your order, please contact us using the contact form. Tell us what ideas you have in mind and we will get back to you as soon as possible to start working on the design.

Do you make custom-made ex-libris?

Of course, we call them customized ex-libris and you can buy them at the following link. It takes from 5 days to about two weeks to create the design and make the stamp.

My purchase is a gift, can it be sent with a dedicated note?

Of course, write the dedication in the "notes" section of the shopping cart screen. The gift will arrive with a postcard with your message on it.

How will the exlibris arrive at home?

The exlibris stamp will arrive in a cardboard box with the rest of the products of the order. It will be accompanied by a postcard with a few words of thanks and a discount code if it is your second purchase. The stamp will be inside a cloth bag that will protect your stamp indefinitely and in which you will be able to keep your stamp after use.

Do you offer refunds?

We refund customized products if they have not been manufactured. If on the other hand your stamp has already been manufactured in our workshop, we do not accept returns.

For non-customized products we only issue a refund either before shipping or when we receive the return and check that the product is in perfect condition. We are not responsible for shipping costs. If you have any questions after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if I receive my order damaged during shipment?

In that case we will ask you to send us a photograph clearly showing that the order has arrived home damaged. Once the damage is confirmed, we will reship the product to you using the standard home delivery method.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for customized products. For non-customized products we do accept returns. But we are not responsible for return shipping costs. For any questions please send us a message.

What is your warranty and quality policy?

All parts are manufactured from start to finish under our care, so our control during the whole manufacturing process guarantees the quality inspection of all products leaving our workshop.

No, all our offers are communicated through our newsletter. We also add promo codes in our thank you notes for returning customers.
