Refund policy

Customized products

Once manufactured, customized products cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please send us a photo of the product to prove its condition. We will offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-customized products

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-customized products, in accordance with current legislation. You may return these items for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
